Application of mig mag welding machine
1. Suitable material & thickness: common low carbon steel, stainless steel, plate thickness ≥ 0.7mm. Aluminum , aluminum and magnesium alloy, plate thickness ≥ 3.0mm.
Suitable position of welding: flate, overhead, horizontal, vertical and all-round position.
2. Suitable for wire /rod: ø 0.8- ø 1.6 solid steel welding wire, ø 1.0- ø 1.2 stainless steel welding wire, ø 1.2- ø 1.6 aluminum and aluminum&magnesium alloy welding wire. Aluminum welding wire must adopts teflon wire-guide tube(ø 1.2- ø 1.6) and special contact tube for aliminum welding.
